小さい子ども（2歳・5歳）がいたので１階の部屋を利用しました。 ＊接客がとても良く、ウェブチェックインをする際は対応してくれたり、航空券もパソコンを使わせてくれてプリントアウトさせてくれた。 ＊フィッシャーマンズヴィレッジに近いので子連れにはとても便利。近隣のレストランもタイ料理とイタリアンが同じお店で頼めたりするので、子どもの食べ物にも困りませんでした。 ＊朝食ビュッフェも豪華で最高でした。 ブレックファーストボックスも依頼したら快く準備してくれました。 ＊ビーチ側のホテルとしては客室に砂もなくとても快適でした。 ＊日本人客の利用は少なそうでした。

そんなに悪くもないのですが、 ＊蚊に刺されることが多かったです。 ＊ベッドはマットが柔らかすぎました。 ＊タオル類は少しゴワゴワで硬かったです。 ＊目の前のビーチはヘドロぽく底がぬヌルヌルで泳ぐのには適していませんでした。

Everything! Nice hotel, amazing pool, beautiful view. I would highly recommend this hotel! The service is great and breakfast is pretty good as well. H Bistro is excellent!

the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable with a beautiful design and had a very nice pool. the beds were extremely comfortable. The whole experience was so relaxed and enjoyable

The hotel is in a wonderful location - the views are out of this world. The swimming pool is grand and allows the real swimmers and the kids to enjoy themselves. Staff are very friendly trying to help all the way. The boutique has good reasonably priced cloths, it is close to the famous Fisherman's Village.

No lift for the second floor. Restaurant is expensive. The spa needs to have some "deals" to compete with the local massage shops.

Hotel is just next a few steps from cozy fisherman village which I can enjoy many restaurant and shopping. The hotel is newly open with nice room designed and stunning view. Staffs are friendly and helpful during my stay.Good location for someone who want to relax at the day time and chill out at night.

We liked the fact that it is a small hotel in a quiet location with beautifully appointed rooms overlooking the sea. It has a lovely private section of beach directly in front of the hotel. The restaurant is beachfront and serves excellent meals....we ate breakfast and often lunch or dinner and were never disappointed. The staff are courteous and discreet. I asked at reception for directions to a pharmacy and they found and gave me what I needed to buy. Supit, the hotel manager was around every day to meet and greet his guests and make sure that the restaurant was running smoothly. We asked for a late check out on our last day and not only did he organise it but he personally drove us to the airport. We had no communication issues.

Nice new hotel in the Fisherman's village. You'll find good seaside restaurants close to the hotel. Pool and lounge very nice and the restaurant serves great food. Rooms' balconies are superb.

Would be nice if the hotel's staff would improve on their English.

The wooden bed was lousy and make a lot of noise . I do not think it is a 5 star hotel as claimed . The service is also not good when we wanted to change the bedroom to king size bedroom , it seems like very difficult.

Hansar is a stylish hotel which provides modern and comfortable accomodation. The breakfast is nice there. The Spa is also very good as well. Near Fisherman's village and many restaurants besides.

The beach is not suitable for swimming. Too deep and steep to swim. But the seaside view is good indeed.

The room (Oceanview) was great, the beach was very clean compared to other beaches like Chaweng, the design of hotel is really nice and it is very suitable for honeymooners.

The hotel is overpriced compared to the prices of nearby stores, bars and restaurants.
